I hope this email finds you well.

As it has been some time since we last met, I thought it would be helpful to provide the Parish Council with an update on the project.

As you are aware, we have faced a number of challenges, particularly due to parts of the project being located within an SSSI area. I am pleased to report that the majority of these issues have now been resolved / workarounds found, and we are currently finalising access arrangements on the private roads within Burley.

We anticipate that rural build works will commence over the summer, with street works taking place after the summer period. Subject to programme and conditions remaining favourable, we are anticipating project delivery in late autumn.
